How the om sound produced :
Om (also spelled Aum) is the primal sound of the universe — the vibration from which all existence springs. In yogic and spiritual traditions, Om is not just a symbol or a sound, but a frequency that connects the mind, body, and spirit.
Om is made up of three syllables:
A – waking state (consciousness)
U – dreaming state (subconscious)
M – deep sleep state (unconscious) The silence that follows represents Turiya, the state beyond the mind — pure awareness.
